Terms & ConditionsWelcome to Aurora Fusion Soccer Club (AFSC). By accessing our website, registering for programs, or participating in club activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards, including those outlined by United States Soccer Federation.

 

1. Registration & Eligibility

•All players must complete the official registration process before in any training or competition.

•Accurate personal, medical, and emergency contact information must be provided.

•Players must meet the age requirements for their respective progra

2. Payments & Fees

•Program fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.

•Fees are generally non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the club.

•Late payments may result in suspension from training or matches.

3. Code of ConductAll players, parents, and participants are expected to:

•Demonstrate respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times

•Follow coach instructions and club policies

•Maintain a positive and supportive environment

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.

 

4. Health & Safety

•Players must be physically fit to participate and disclose any medical conditions.

•The club reserves the right to restrict participation if safety is a concern.

•In case of injury, emergency medical treatment may be authorized if parents/guardians cannot be reached.

5. Liability Disclaimer

•Participation in soccer involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

•Aurora Fusion SC, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property, except where required by law.

 

6. Media & Marketing Consent

•The club may use photos and videos of players for website, social media, and promotional purposes.

•If you do not consent, written notice must be provided to the club.

7. Program Changes

•Aurora Fusion SC reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or program structure due to weather, facility availability, or operational needs

8. Termination of Participation

•The club reserves the right to terminate participation due to misconduct, non-payment, or violation of club policies.

•No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

•Personal information is collected solely for club operations and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

•The club maintains appropriate measures to protect participant data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction.
