LIABILITY DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF PARTICIPATION 

At Aurora Fusion Soccer Club, player safety, professionalism, and transparency are central to how we operate. Participation in soccer training, camps, and competitive programs involves inherent physical activity and associated risks. By enrolling in any AFSC program, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks as part of the player development process.

All players are expected to follow club policies, demonstrate respect for coaches and teammates, and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Aurora Fusion SC maintains high standards of coaching, supervision, and program delivery; however, participation is voluntary and undertaken at the individual’s own risk.

Important Notice:
After accepting and signing the program offer/registration agreement, all participants (and parents/guardians if under 18) will be required to complete and sign a formal Liability Waiver and Medical Authorization Form before the player is permitted to begin the season or participate in any training sessions or matches.

Failure to complete the required waiver documentation will result in ineligibility to participate in any club activities.
